David is responsible for overseeing and implementing the strategic vision for ACR, Fairway Properties, and Lincoln Ventures.

Hector Granado

PRincipal

Hector specializes in multifamily investment sales at ACR Multifamily.  Hector received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and has sold over 100 Million in Multifamily sales in various markets throughout Texas.  Hector has been an active agent/broker primarily in the Austin and San Antonio Metropolitan Statistical Area and other prominent Texas markets such as El Paso and Dallas.  He is responsible for the continued development of the Sales and Client Relations operations in Austin.  Hector currently assists Investors with underwriting, analytical evaluations, and strategic positioning of multi-family assets.  Throughout his tenure, he has built strong relationships with a wide-range of investors actively seeking acquisition opportunities.

Reynold Toepfer

VIce president

Reynold graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and spent ten years working in senior level analyst positions with privately held companies in Boston, Palm Beach, and an extended sponsorship expat position in Sydney, Australia. Upon returning to the United States, Reynold competed on the CBS television show SURVIVOR and relocated to Austin, TX where he began his real estate career with a targeted focus on Multifamily. After 3 years working with a large national brokerage on a team that averaged $100m in closed transactions per year, Reynold joined ACR Multifamily to more highly specialize his efforts on the 25-90 unit niche for Class B and C product across Central Texas.
